When we decided to purchase our first new construction home, we were told by several people that we really didn’t need a buyer’s agent to purchase a home in a new construction development, however we are SO GLAD that we didn’t listen to them! Reef is so incredibly patient and understanding! Even though Elise and I were always afraid of asking to see a house right as it became available he was always willing to get the first available showing time to ensure we were in early even if it was a single house. In the sellers market we were hunting in there wasn’t much of a choice. Reef is amazing at helping you make an educated decision. After looking at SO many houses, it’s hard to see the details in each house, Reef was able to remind you of the things you are looking for even if they are all running together in your head. He made the process less stressful that it would have been otherwise!

You looking for a house? Stop what you doing and call Reef. He got you all the way, from beginning to end. At one point we wanted to just take a break from house searching, but Reef didn't quit, and he sure didn't let us quit, he kept looking and got us out to more showings.Throughout the process he made sure we weren't lost or confused on any part, and if he saw that we didn't understand something he went and explained it until we did. A HUGE shout out to my big bro and best Realtor you could possibly ask for! When I tell you he is always on point and goes above and beyond for you as a client, it’s an understatement! It was a long 8 month journey but I would not have wanted to do it with anyone else! Not only was he there for every inspection etc, he would go by on his own and take pictures to provide updates on how the build was going! Talk about making dreams come true!!!
We were refered to Reef just when we were about to renew another lease. After many attempts, we were ready to just stop. But after talking to him, we were convinced to giving it one more chance.

I would highly recommend Reef for anyone who is looking or interested in buying a home, especially if you are a Veteran like myself. Not saying I received any different treatment due to being a Veteran or that he doesn't go above and beyond for every client, but his knowledge, expertise and military background made our experience a lot more enjoyable. He was very responsive to any questions we had and didn't sugar coat anything just to get a sale. He spent multiple days walking and looking at homes with my wife when I was at work and was always answering questions I didn't even know to ask. Laura and I thank you for all the personal time, after hour time, etc. that helped us get into a home we love. I will for sure be using Reef again for next purchase!

Ok, so I had a few folks ask how I went about buying a house in Texas? The answer is really simple. I called my buddy Shareef AsSadiq over at Caldwell Banker in TX. Now, don't get it twisted. I had contacted him about 3-4 times before with real estate questions, so I'm sure this last time he thought I was just blowing smoke again! Every time I called though, he treated me well and educated me, as if I was going to purchase that day. Now since he wasn't licensed in the area I was looking at, he referred me to another top notch realtor within his company, Pam Hanson . From the first time I contacted Reef, until the time we closed on out house with Pam; we were treated as if we were their only clients (even though you know that is not the case). So those that are looking to buy a home soon (doesn't matter where, they got people), get in contact with these folks here and let them help you too!

Reef “ The realtor” was found by our daughter to help us with our move from Arizona to Texas. We are very glad she picked him for us! He was very good at dealing with our requests and guiding us through the buying process after having not done it for so long. He is informative and knowledgeable about real estate in a way that we needed during our cross state move. My wife and I have been working with Reef for over a year now jumping between wanting to buy or rent. We deciding on renting and reef has been there for us whenever we needed a question answered, person to talk with about assistance or needing to view a home. Almost at any time I needed help, reef was there or first thing in the morning. My mother in law rode along to view the many houses with us.
